Can I use my existing IP cameras?
Absolutely! IERS works with any IP camera that supports RTSP protocol. This includes most major brands like Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, and many others.
Do you support Hikvision / Dahua / CP Plus?
Yes, we officially support Hikvision, Dahua, and CP Plus cameras. We also support most ONVIF-compliant cameras from other manufacturers.
Is data stored on cloud or on-premise?
You have the choice. Starter and Professional plans use our secure cloud infrastructure. Enterprise customers can opt for on-premise deployment where all data stays within your network.
What happens if internet goes down?
IERS continues to monitor and record locally even during internet outages. Alerts are queued and sent once connectivity is restored. For critical applications, we recommend the Enterprise plan with on-premise deployment.
